Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping Method: We use a next-day shipping service for all deliveries.

Delivery Timeframe: While we utilize a next-day service, please understand that we cannot guarantee one-day delivery. Occasionally, our courier partners may experience unforeseen issues that could cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

Returns

At MKMG LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

30-Day Warranty

All products purchased from MKMG LTD come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date you receive your order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that develop through no fault of your own during normal use.

If your item is faulty or not as described (within 30 days of receipt):

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item develops a fault within the first 30 days of ownership, you have the short-term right to reject the item and receive a full refund. In this instance, please contact us immediately to arrange the return. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.

Change of Mind Returns (within 14 days of receipt for online purchases):

For items purchased online, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" starting the day after you receive your order. You can cancel your order and return the item for any reason, even if there's nothing wrong with it.

To be eligible for a "change of mind" return:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item for "change of mind" returns.
  • We will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid when you placed your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at inquiry@mkmg.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (e.g., faulty, not as described, change of mind)
  • For faulty items, please provide a description of the fault and, if possible, attach clear photos or videos.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.


Condition of Returned Items:

For all returns, items must be:

  • In the condition you received them (unless returning a faulty item).
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any included "free gifts" or bonus items.
  • Reasonably packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection, especially for higher value items.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by your handling of them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This includes visible signs of wear or use on non-faulty items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day you provide proof that you have sent the goods back.

Exclusions:
Please note the following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Digital products or downloads

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
